Hello, I’m Milena, your yoga instructor.
My mission is to bring to life a community of people who honor their physical and emotional needs, connect authentically, and blossom through change and mutual support. Our core values are unconditional acceptance, respect for both body and soul, and openness to growth and transformation.

Contemporary Yoga Studio was born from a personal journey — a deep need for peace, authenticity, and reconnection.
After years dedicated to the body through gymnastics, I came to understand that true strength doesn’t come from movement alone, but from the presence with which we inhabit it.
Yoga came into my life as a quiet calling. At first, I thought it was just a slower form of exercise. Then I discovered the breath. And beyond that — silence, clarity, and inner space.
It was an encounter that changed my path.
This is how Contemporary Yoga Studio was born:
